osu!coach - a replay coach for osu! (lazer and stable), runs on your own PC
===========================================================================

1. Unzip this folder anywhere (for example your Documents).
2. Double-click "osu!coach.bat".
If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC": More info > Run anyway.
3. The first start sets itself up, with a progress bar:
   - installs Python 3.12 for your Windows user if you don't have Python 3.11+ (no admin needed),
   - installs three small libraries (osrparse, numpy, imageio-ffmpeg),
   - then your browser opens http://127.0.0.1:8765/ . Close the black window to stop it.
Later starts skip straight to step 3.

What it finds by itself:
- osu!lazer plays: every play you finish shows up within a few seconds.
- osu!stable plays: press F2 on the results screen to save the replay; it shows up too.
- Whether you aim with a tablet or a mouse, and your in-game sensitivity.
If it cannot find osu!, the page says so: type the folder into the "Setup" card on the right.
The same card lets you switch between tablet and mouse and enter your mouse DPI.

The first start reads your osu! maps once, with a progress bar on the home page; a big
library takes a few minutes. Then press "analyze" on a play to see where it fell apart.
The report tells you whether you overshoot or undershoot jumps and what to change: the
tablet area for a tablet, the sensitivity (or DPI) for a mouse. "build practice ladder"
makes practice maps that are imported into lazer or stable.

Updates: when a new version is out, the home page shows "Update now". Press it and the
coach updates itself and restarts; your plays, reports and settings stay.
Everything else stays on your PC; nothing is uploaded.

The "draw" tab (AI mapping with Mapperatorinator) needs a separate big download and a
GPU; the rest of the coach works without it. More details are in README.md.
